Before Your Baby Arrives
We recommend calling our office a few months before your due date to get started. Here’s what to do:
Attend a Meet the Doctor Night
We host a monthly Meet the Doctor Night — an informal opportunity to:
- Get to know one of our providers
- Tour our kid-friendly office
- A warm, friendly environment designed with kids in mind
- Ask any questions about newborn care or what to expect after delivery To reserve your spot, call us at 623-878-2800.
Fill Out Paperwork Ahead of Time
Save time at your first visit by downloading and completing our New Patient Packet before your baby arrives.
At the Hospital
When your baby is born, simply tell the hospital staff that you’ve chosen Great Destinations Pediatrics as your child’s pediatrician. They’ll help coordinate records and notify us of your delivery.

- Any paperwork from the hospital, including hearing screen results and immunization records
- Insurance information (often only the parent’s insurance is available at the first visit)
