Visit Schedule
We’ll see your baby 2–3 days after birth, then at:
- 2 weeks

- 4 months

- 2½ years
- 3 years.
From age 3 through 21, we recommend an annual well check. Children with ongoing conditions (e.g., asthma, diabetes) may be seen more often.
Between Checkups
Call us if you notice new or ongoing concerns—growth, behavior, school struggles, feeding issues, sleep problems, mood changes, or frequent illnesses. For acute concerns, we offer prompt sick visits and can help you decide the right level of care.
