Steve Fullerton
Construction Superintendent
Steve Fullerton
Construction Superintendent
Steve Fullerton, or the other Steve as we have thought of him since he joined Kasper in 2017 is one of our superintendents. He is responsible for job sites, safety and materials.
The other Steve is the product of small-town Southern Oklahoma, loving parents and his adolescence spent engaging in questionable decisions and participating in reasonable deniable experiences. Steve went through school and was raised in Plano but grew up in the North Dallas Residential construction business of the late seventies and eighties where a good time wasn’t necessarily had by all, but enough entertaining stories came out of those years that he’s set for life when the inevitable conversations get started around the pickup bed.
Steve’s wife Debbie is a woman with nearly inexhaustible patience and a s sends of humor sufficient to allow her to stick it out with him for forty-two years. He helped her raise three children. Steve is the son and grandson of builders; he is the great grandson of a circuit preacher in Alabama. Further genealogical study might unearth Irish Highwaymen, and other forms of ne’er do wells or perhaps an American Indian or three.
Steve’s focus in construction was originally interior trim and cabinets. At thirteen he trimmed his first house for a local builder who found himself in a bind after releasing his somewhat problematic and work ethics challenged subcontractor. Little did our potential oceanographer, pilot or engineer know that the siren song of easy money and natural talent would permanently derail imagined childhood alternatives to being the third generation in his family to take up a hammer and make a living. Dizzee Dean said it best “it ain’t braggin’ if you can do it.”
Steve’s home life has always been centered on his wife, children and lately his grandson and a Staffordshire mutt named Alison, with time set aside for his hobbies. Those hobbies once included and unfortunate adult fascination with Hot Wheels collecting that thankfully ran its course without requiring intervention or pharmaceuticals. Then a couple of years ago Steve picked a Coleman lantern up off a curb. Today he still doesn’t have enough lanterns to line a runway but it’s not for lack of trying. Steve is an avid reader and movie buff with shelves and boxes overflowing with both.
Jenni Kasper
Fearless Leader
Jenni Kasper
Fearless Leader
Jenni's love for remodeling began long before she officially entered the industry. As a cherished Sunday afternoon pastime, Jenni would tour open houses to review floorplans and explore the intricacies of home construction—not with the aim of purchasing, but out of pure fascination. This passion only grew stronger after she completed a full-house remodel of their Northwood Hills home. From the exhilarating demolition of a two-story fireplace to the meticulous installation of the finishing backsplash, Jenni found herself completely hooked on the process.
Initially, Jenni's career path took her into the world of accounting, where she held various corporate positions before establishing her own freelance accounting firm while raising her daughter. Her gateway into the remodeling industry came when she was approached by a remodeler in need of bookkeeping assistance. Eager to help, Jenni took on the project, and by 2000, she and her husband Steve had joined the remodeler's business. Their shared enthusiasm and vision led them to start their own remodeling firm in 2003.
Jenni quickly transitioned from bookkeeping and accounting to her true passion: kitchen and bath design. Her dedication and hard work paid off as she earned the prestigious Certified Kitchen and Bath Designer designation from the National Kitchen and Bath Association. Growing up on a dairy farm in rural Minnesota, Jenni developed a strong work ethic that she brings into every remodeling project. Whether climbing into an attic to diagnose a problem or finalizing a cabinet layout, she's always ready to do whatever it takes to meet and exceed her clients' needs and desires. In her spare time, Jenni enjoys tending to her vegetable garden, relaxing on her back porch with a good glass of Cabernet and a good book, and traveling with her best friend, Steve.

Meet Greg Paris
Construction Supervisor
After High school in Southern Oklahoma Greg Started working as a roofer then moved to New Hampshire and got into construction doing framing and interior trim. You’rerned quickly the values of doing it according to the local codes and guidelines, meeting guys from other parts of the country that would reference that’ how they did it where they are from and would always hear the locals say you’re not there anymore.
Greg moved to Texas and got into working as a new home construction manager for the next 15 years. After the housing crash in 2008, he put the tools back in the truck and started working in the field again until he met the Kaspers and 10 years later he’s still here.
Greg was raised in a military/law enforcement environment which always led to the thought process of doing the right thing. He collects guitars and has enjoyed meeting some of his guitar heroes (Steve Vai, Ace Frehley, Yngwie Malmsteen to mention a few). He also spends time working on old cars and has a small variety of them including a 1971 AMC Gremlin, a 1976 Mustang II, 1969 Chevrolet Camaro, 1957 Chevy Truck, and a 1990 Lotus Esprit)
