Steve Kasper
Vice President
Steve Kasper worked in factories after graduating high school. This included working in an Iron Foundary, and on the IH assembly line installing dash panels in pick up. This convinced me of the value of furthering my education. I earned a BS in Mathematical Economics, followed by an MBA in Finance. A friend told me that MBA stood for Money’s Better’n Anything!
Upon graduation I worked for Armco Steel Corp for 10 years. My education continued to broaden in areas of finance within Armco and in 3 Divisions. Metal Products, Re Insurance and National Supply the largest manufacturer of Drilling Rigs. I left Armco for an opportunity with Aviall, world's largest distributor of aviation products which lasted 10 years, then moved to Ryder Dedicated Logistics Moved to Alabama to head an aviation manufacturing company, then back to Dallas in aviation. My career spanned Finance, Logistics, Distribution and finally Remodeling.
We are blessed to have a wonderful daughter, Hannah, who at times has worked in our business. Ay she is in Colorado creating a design function for a Custom Builder. I have told her I will pay her more but she just smiles and goes hiking in the Rockies.
Jenni and I began Kasper in 2004. We started by sending post cards and my first appointment was a case of mistaken identity. I just never stopped talking and we won the project. Skip forward 22 years and today we are active in NAHB, accredited by NARI, certified by NKBA and one of the largest in the country ranking in the top 500 remodelers in the country. We wanted to grow our company and above all else treat customers as we would want to be treated and fulfill the dreams they have for their home.
