Kevin came to the Valley in 1984 and has remained ever since. He’s been in the Construction Industry for over 25 years, which has given him experience in over 3,500 projects in the Phoenix, AZ market. Kevin’s expertise has been driven by his years of work with luxury home builders and developers, managing over a hundred million dollars in custom homes, multi-family communities, commercial projects, and residential renovations ranging in over $900K, along with various consulting contracts. His previous roles as VP of Construction and Vice President for local builders has led Kevin to develop his own companies. Kevin founded the luxury builder, True Custom, which he owned for 12 years; and most recently founded American Premier Builder where he’s also maintained the role of President for the last 3 years. When Kevin isn’t at the office or visiting the jobsites, he’s keeping busy at sporting events with his 3 boys, heading to the gym to break a sweat, or even heading up north to a cabin in the woods for some downtime. He enjoys hiking and living a healthy and active lifestyle, giving him the ability to keep up with his boys and everything else that comes his way.
