Matt Cepkauskas, General Manager
Matt grew up in the world of design. As the son of an interior designer, he spent his childhood walking the aisles of fabric mills and learning what makes a piece not just functional—but exceptional. Those early experiences sparked a passion that would define his career. Today, Matt brings over two decades of textile industry experience to the business, along with insider access to a vast network of premium fabric suppliers, mills, and manufacturers. That means our clients benefit from exclusive fabric options and factory-direct pricing—a rare advantage in this industry.
Angel Iniguez, Master Upholsterer
Angel is the technical heart of Excellence Upholstery. A true craftsman, Angel has honed his skills over decades, working with some of the most prestigious furniture makers in the country. His passion lies in the details—tight seams, flawless lines, tailored finishes—and his commitment to perfection shows in every piece that leaves our shop. For Angel, compromise isn’t an option.
