In this day and age of information overload, I believe that the best coaches and trainers don’t simply pass on more information, but rather act as a filter by only transmitting the relevant information. Therefore, my goal is only to give clear, targeted, and actionable training direction that saves my audience time and money.
I provide specialized athletes with sound training protocols that will keep them injury-free while enhancing their athletic abilities in sports like baseball, softball, soccer, track and even strongman.
I help other fitness professionals bridge the gap between research studies and practical application. This is accomplished by my ability to read complex studies and explain the outcomes in easier-to-understand terms so that other coaches and trainers can achieve better results for their clients through evidence-based programming.
