We like to get to know our prospective clients and make sure we’re best suited to meet their needs. Wondering what that phone call will be like? Wonder not! I’ve briefly outlined it below, so you know what to expect:
- We’ll ask for some basic info. We like to know your name (so we know what to call you), your contact info (so we know how to call you), and where you live (to ensure you’re in our area of service).
- We’ll ask about the scope of work. No need to be super specific here. If you just know that you want to remodel your kitchen but don’t know how you want it to look after, that’s fine! We can help fill in the blanks later on.
- We’ll ask for your budget. I know this can sound a little invasive, but it’s important for us to be on the same page when it comes to remodeling costs. If you’re looking for a full house remodel for $1,000, we’ll advise you that we may not be the best remodeler to suit your needs. We can also utilize your budget to create a design that works to combine your financial needs with your design wants. Win-win!
- We’ll ask when you can meet. After the initial phone call comes the initial meeting, yippee! You like us, we like you – let’s meet up and see if we can help turn your dreams into reality.
