Jenni Kasper

Construction Manager

Jenni's love for remodeling began long before she officially entered the industry. As a cherished Sunday afternoon pastime, Jenni would tour open houses to review floorplans and explore the intricacies of home construction—not with the aim of purchasing, but out of pure fascination. This passion only grew stronger after she completed a full-house remodel of their Northwood Hills home. From the exhilarating demolition of a two-story fireplace to the meticulous installation of the finishing backsplash, Jenni found herself completely hooked on the process. Initially, Jenni's career path took her into the world of accounting, where she held various corporate positions before establishing her own freelance accounting firm while raising her daughter. Her gateway into the remodeling industry came when she was approached by a remodeler in need of bookkeeping assistance. Eager to help, Jenni took on the project, and by 2000, she and her husband Steve had joined the remodeler's business. Their shared enthusiasm and vision led them to start their own remodeling firm in 2003. Jenni quickly transitioned from bookkeeping and accounting to her true passion: kitchen and bath design. Her dedication and hard work paid off as she earned the prestigious Certified Kitchen and Bath Designer designation from the National Kitchen and Bath Association. Growing up on a dairy farm in rural Minnesota, Jenni developed a strong work ethic that she brings into every remodeling project. Whether climbing into an attic to diagnose a problem or finalizing a cabinet layout, she's always ready to do whatever it takes to meet and exceed her clients' needs and desires. In her spare time, Jenni enjoys tending to her vegetable garden, relaxing on her back porch with a good glass of Cabernet and a good book, and traveling with her best friend, Steve.
