I have used this remodeling company for multiple projects, a full kitchen reno, master suite bath and closet full reno, master bedroom refresh, and most recently a hall bath refresh, and have been very happy with the quality of their work each time. They are a full service remodeling company, where they can do everything for you! My spouse and I work full time with demanding careers, and we needed someone like Kasper to complete the work and handle everything for us, even when we weren't at home! Yes, they cost more than a typical handyman/general contractor, but you get what you pay for (full service and high quality)! All of their work is insured and with a warranty, so the trust is certainly there. They have a designer who can work with you to meet your needs, someone to help you order materials/selections, and a project manager assigned to each project who coordinates with the trades, handles the delivery of items, takes care of any issues that arise, and oversees the day to day progress until completion. Their quoted schedules are longer than a typical handyman, because in the projects Kasper has worked with us on, they work Mon-Fri during the day time. In our experience, they also factor in time for any unexpected events to give you a realistic time frame. Even despite some issues that came up beyond their control, they have always met schedule!

We have previously requested quotes from other full service remodeling companies, and Kasper was priced similarly. You can't compare them with the rates of a handyman who isn't full service. In my interactions with trades/vendor reps, Kasper seems to have a good reputation locally for running an honest local family business. Sure, we have ran into unexpected issues (i.e. deliveries arriving damaged from shipment, Dallas winter storms, unexpected things behind the old drywall impeding progress), but Kasper listens, takes care of it, keeps you informed of solutions, and makes it right! My only criticism would be for their designer who draws up the design schematics, and person suggesting selections to confirm with the installers with technical knowledge if a particular item will fit into the space before ordering and before any installation is to start. For our hall bath reno, I spent time searching for medicine cabinets that met my standard of build quality, features, and specific dimensions as noted in their design drawings. I found the perfect ones on sale and ordered them myself! When it came time for the install, the person installing told us they were too big for the space, even though they were the same dimensions in the drawings! I had to get something else fast in a pinch, which meant extra time and money getting a different set of medicine cabinets. Same issue with some not-so-ordinary door hardware that had a very complicated install. I don't know anything about door hardware, so I just went with what was suggested to me only to find out when received that it was overkill for our use-case and would take a long time for the installer to complete. The PM suggested other options (that I did not even know existed), that were much more suitable and made it right! In summary, I highly recommend and would use Kasper again for my other home renovations! If you choose Kasper, you will certainly receive quality results and have comfort knowing they are trustworthy and honest people to work with.

Renovations can be stressful; scratch that, they ARE stressful. But you’re in great hands when you choose Kasper Custom Home Remodeling as your builder. The entire team does a phenomenal job and are experts in their field. From start to finish, attention and care was given to every detail. They were clean, neat and punctual. I loved working with Meagan S. on every aspect of the millwork design. Her knowledge of Crystal Cabinets made it possible for us to truly achieve the customization we were going for in this dream kitchen and family room. Following the design phase, we had the best project manager. Greg P. was nothing but professional and knowledgeable, always communicating with us so there were no surprises. They work with some of the best trades in the industry (love Eddie and Julianna). Of course with all remodels, you never know what you’ll find when you knock down a wall. But you needn’t worry because the team at Kasper is there to trouble shoot and problem solve every step of the way. I would absolutely work with them again.

Extraordinary! Everyone at Kasper went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me (and believe it or not, that is even an understatement). I was in a tough situation with some damage to my condo and even though my small space and even smaller budget was below their usual scope, they wanted to help and took on my project. From beginning to end, I was in awe of their professional quality and efficiency while still maintaining the heart and compassion of a family owned business! The project came in under budget (which was already pretty tight), I am and will continue to be amazed. I’m so grateful for their help turning my place back into a HOME. I couldn’t have done it without them and will think of them and be grateful everyday I have the privilege to live here, and beyond! Our journey began with Steve Kasper and Meagan Monroe in the fall of 2019 after interviewing numerous companies. You can spend less and get a kitchen everyone has, we wanted something more and Kasper made that happen. They spent countless hours ensuring that we would end up with our dream kitchen while providing us with excellent service and professionalism. The demo began in October, the timeline was accurate, the communication was consistent and all the contractors assigned to the project were prompt and completed their tasks very successfully. Any remodel can be overwhelming and feel daunting but Steve and Meagan guided us step by step through the entire process from grout color, custom drawer inserts and the ice maker that gives us the famous "Sonic" ice. The project finished when forecasted and similar to the way our journey began, it finished with Steve, Jennifer and Meagan celebrating with us in our beautiful, just how we expected it, kitchen. Fast forward to 2021 as I write this, we cannot say enough good things about our new kitchen. 2020 brought on a lot of staying home, which was such a joy to be able to hang out, cook, bake and appreciate every penny spent on the project, not one ounce of buyers remorse. We hired Kasper to help with a kitchen remodel. We always thought renovations were supposed to be stressful but working with Kasper was easy. They were really great at communicating with us and keeping us up to date. The whole process was smooth and simple. Any problems, and there weren't many at all, were fixed quickly and efficiently. Most importantly, their work is fantastic and great quality. We never felt like they were trying to cut corners or didn't care about how well the job was done.
