Corporate Social Responsibility
Our commitment to corporate social responsibility is demonstrated through both monetary and product donations to organizations that align with our values. We’re proud to support various local and national causes that make a difference in people’s lives, including:

The Luihn Care Foundation
The Luihn Care Foundation is a non-profit organization created specifically to assist our employees during times of hardship. We know that life’s challenges can happen unexpectedly, which is why we’ve established this foundation to provide immediate financial support to our team members during difficult times.
Examples of hardships the Luihn Care Foundation has helped with include:
- Loss due to fire, accident, or other financial crises
- Emergency medical situations
- Natural disasters
The Luihn Care Foundation is funded through generous contributions made by our employees. Many of our team members elect to have money deducted from their biweekly paychecks to contribute to the foundation, allowing us to support one another as a family. Additionally, we raise over $25,000 each year through holiday activities, including a silent auction with contributions from our vendors. It’s a beautiful example of employees helping employees in times of need.
Supporting the Live Más Scholarship Program
Through the Taco Bell Foundation, LVE is proud to support the Live Más Scholarship program, which awards scholarships to young people across the country, including our own team members. In 2025, the Taco Bell Foundation will be awarding more than $14 million in Live Más Scholarships, with over $4.5 million specifically designated for Team Members.
- Scholarships range from $5,000 to $25,000
- These scholarships are designed to offer students not only financial support but also community engagement and experiences that foster long-term success
- Funds are raised through the Round Up program, where customers can “round up” their total to the nearest dollar at the counter, kiosk, drive-thru, or through the web and mobile app
- Since 2019, the Round Up program has raised over $150 million for students nationwide
- In 2024 alone, LVE raised over $1.3 million through Round Up donations across all our stores
By participating in the Round Up program, our customers help provide life-changing opportunities for the next generation of leaders.
