              Dr. Don Middleton, DO

              Dr. Don Middleton is Vital4men’s medical director since its inception in 2012 . He obtained degrees from NAU in biology and nutrition, and medicine from Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, California. After finishing a family medicine residency in Michigan, he returned to Arizona to practice medicine and start a family. In addition to his practice, over the years he has been the Director of Medical Education for John C. Lincoln hospital, director of family medicine at Midwestern University and Director of the University Family Medicine clinic. Currently he practices addiction medicine at the internationally renowned Meadows of Wickenburg, and was recently elected as a trustee to the Arizona state board of osteopathic medicine.

              Dr. Middleton has had a special interest in men’s health, nutrition, preventative and anti-aging medicine throughout his career, making his work at Vital4men particularly satisfying. He strives to keep up with the latest in safe and effective treatments to maximize men’s health.

              Dr. Middleton has always been active in his four children’s lives managing high school hockey, coaching baseball or as an assistant scoutmaster. He’s been active in his church and loves shooting sports, fly fishing, and scuba diving.

              Jeff Smith, PA

              Born in Tacoma, WA to a military father Jeff was raised in a variety of places till 11 years old when first coming to Arizona. He later entered the Air force and during his first 3 years finished a dual degree going in management/Accounting. He subsequently was accepted into the Air Force Physician Assistant program run under the hat of the University of Nebraska. He practiced for 6 years in the Air Force before leaving the military to return home to Arizona where he has spent nearly 16 years practicing in Internal medicine and family practice and finally in men’s’ health.
