He is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) with Distinction, a Precision Nutrition Level 2 Coach, and an expert in energy management, resilience, and high-performance strategy. Rob’s Story:

From Burnout to Breakthrough like many high-achievers, Rob Tracz was once caught in the grind—relentlessly chasing success while silently unraveling. He was a Strength & Conditioning Specialist working non-stop, filling every hour with clients, thinking more work would lead to more happiness. But deep down, he was exhausted, isolated, and stuck.Then one Friday night, everything changed.

He sat alone in his apartment, too drained to eat, scrolling through his phone looking for someone—anyone—to train. For the first time in 24 weeks, he had no clients scheduled. And for the first time in years, he had to sit with the silence. That moment sparked a hard truth: Rob had lost himself in the hustle. He had skipped birthdays, holidays, and moments that mattered most. Worst of all, he had worked through his father’s final days—missing precious time he’d never get back. It wasn’t a lack of effort holding him back.

It was the absence of alignment, clarity, and self-care. “Take care of yourself. Don’t work so hard. Be good for your sister.” — Those were his dad’s final words. At first, the message hadn’t landed for Rob. But a year later—after hitting rock bottom, sleeping on a yoga mat in a gym, and attending a local event that reminded him what community felt like—everything clicked. Those final words became the foundation of a new philosophy: Look Good. Feel Good. Do Great Things. That’s when Prime Performance Coaching was born.
